Donors' Day along with the Inauguration of Smart Classroom was celebrated on 26.06.2014 i.e. Thursday at 5.30 pm.

Thiru.M.Chelliah, Secretary of College Committee delivered Welcome Address. Thiru.S.Meenakshi Sundaram, President, College Committee presided over the function and delivered presidential address. Thiru.B.T.Chidambaram, Thiru.R.Suresh, Members of College Committee delivered the felicitation. Thiru.V.Dora, District Education Officer, Tirunelveli inaugurated the Smart Classes in the M.D.T Hindu College Higher Secondary School, Tirunelveli. Dr.A.Selvam, Consultant Dermatologist was the special Guest. Thiru.T.Shanthees, the Hereditary Member of the College Committee distributed the prizes to the meritorious students. Thiru.Dalavoy T.Ramasamy, Treasurer, The Educational Society proposed vote of thanks. The cultural events were performed by College and School Students.
